HQ Gallery's Fall Show Opens September 5

Photography and collage are highlighted in this show’s featured and guest artists.

Featured Artist photographer Ok Kyong Hanrahan is known as “The Bird Woman of Benicia.” She is often seen out at dawn with her extended lens taking intimate shots of birds that most of us didn’t even know we had in Benicia, like the bald eagles.

HQ Gallery Featured Artists: Life Experiences Equal Richness of Artistic Expression

By Dina Farris Appel

HQ Gallery features two of their member artists with each show, and the current featured members are photographer Dan Suzio and painter Ebba Navas.
